daughter
skidded on some ice. She had some damage in the steering and
wheel/tire system. As the car is a Scion, we took it to the local
Toyota Dealer. They came up with a price of $1900 plus an additional
$1500 of various other work they were recommending. As we thought this
was an outrageous price (and we found duplications on the "action plan,"
we had the car towed to Piazza. Total
price for all of the repairs....about $2300, not 3400. Reasons? For
example, Toyota, without taking the wheel off the car, recommended a new
wheel, at $568. Honda, took the wheel off and tested it. It was
completely round! It does have some cosmetic damage, but it was not
ruined as Toyota told us.  Was it worth $175 to tow the car to
Piazza? Absolutely. Way to go Mark Ferris and Service team at Piazza.

Jun Zheng was awesome help and was very patient with my husband and I
buying our first car. I've never felt more comfortable in a dealership
and Jun and the whole crew made it a great environment. He stayed
patiently long after the time he was scheduled to leave and that made us

Iulianetti and Tony Yeung, are 2 true professionals. These gentlemen
changed my mind on how I view car sales. Not only are they ACES when
dealing with automobiles, they are honest, respectful, knowledgeable,
and patient. These gentlemen, (salesmen does not do them justice), did
exactly as they said they would do, "make sure the vehicle is perfect
before my purchase". And this was a used vehicle! All of my questions
were answered, my personal list of "fixes" were taken care of, even a
few I had missed. The service department was also fantastic. Everyone
involved went above and beyond my expectations. I have owned Honda
products since 1981, and this was without a doubt the best experience
I've ever had dealing with automobiles. I would definitely recommend

 Tiko was
the first to greet me when I walked into the showroom. He was welcoming
without being aggressive. My last car was a Honda that I liked so I
returned 1st to Honda before going to Toyota. Tiko made all the
difference. He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful and made sure I
had all the financing information upfront so I could make the right
decision. We went for a test drive where he explained the features on
the digital screen on the Honda Civic that were new to me. I didn't
have to go anywhere else- my decision was made!

 I just had a very pleasant experience at Piazza Honda. I bought a 2014
Certified used Honda Civic. What made it a good deal is the fact that
had only 600 miles on dash ! Call it brand new! I dealt with Tiko, a
very nice and friendly sales person. He even gave me a ride to drop off

Akila is the Internet Sales Consultant, who I highly recommend working
with and Adam in the financial department to close the deal. Request an
online quote first and then make sure you work with Akila. He will try
to accommodate your needs and is very honest. What he quoted me on the
internet was the price I walked out with. Most sales people try to push
you into things and maybe even buying extra but he didn't. All the
questions I had were answered very quickly. He actually went above his
own professional obligation to make sure it went smoothly. I was
actually surprised as to how easy it was and how smooth of an experience
it was to purchase my car. Go in with your own research. The more you
know the easier it is to get what you want. Adam in finance was very
simple with me. He explained to me that I should think about purchasing
the extended warranty in my situation. It was a new car. Although he
voiced his opinion about how important it was, I didn't feel pressured
about it. He has been with that company for over 10 years and has very
knowledge on financing your vehicle in the most comfortable way for you.

About a month ago, my husband and I found ourselves in need of 2 cars.

 Recently bought a CR-V from Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. When I
submitted a price quote, their internet sales manager Jennifer sent me
an E-mail listing the price of the models of my interested vehicle. Our
salesman John Zheng is very knowledgeable and attentive. He can speak
mandarin to us and it is a huge benefit for me when communicating since I
am Chinese. When I'm applying for the finance from Honda Finance, I
wasn't approved at first because of my visa status and their finance
department works very hard to get me approved. I enjoy the whole
purchasing experience a lot. I was actually planning to test drive
another vehicle on that day but eventually bought the vehicle because
of their friendliness. I would definitely look forward for future

meets me at my car upon arrival. Trust. In the service advisors,
particularly Chris Calciano, who listen, guide, and recommend in every
professional way possible. Trust. In the Honda service technicians who I
always refer to as the car docs because they take the symptoms that my
car is feeling and go right to work diagnosing and treating the problem
to make my Honda Civic all better! Sometimes, my Honda just needs
routine maintenance and like with good healthcare and a routine
check-up, the car docs keep my car well maintained with routine
preventative maintenance. Trust. In the service parts and labor prices
because I believe in servicing my Honda where the sign out front says

Hi Mr. Polinow,      In August 2013 I bought my third Honda CR-V from your dealership. My salesman is Sam Rizzello, he is the reason I have returned when I needed a new vehicle. Sam is from the old school he does not forget you after the deal, I have called him many times when I needed service arrangements, he always calls back, he follows up on any issues that need to be addressed and makes sure you are satisfied. When I purchased my 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L certified, I called Sam told him what I was looking for and again he found the perfect car and worked out a good deal. I have moved to Montgomery County and when I started looking for a car, I checked the dealers near me. We met with the salespeople, it was not the same, the sincerity and looking out for you and trying to get the best deal was missing. So, I came back to Sam and the deal was done! I recently had my car in for service for a warranty issue and since I had to come a distance Sam arranged for me to have a car to avoid having to have someone drive me down drop it off. Sam checks with the Service department and makes sure all is taken care of.
